About Othmar:
Widely regarded as one of Canada's foremost turkey and whitetail deer hunting experts, Othmar's seminars are
educational and entertaining. Part of what makes Othmar's seminars different from others is that, as a professional
animal behaviourist, he is able to provide specialized knowledge combined with his experiences as a veteran turkey and
deer hunter. As an outdoor writer, seminar speaker, educator and hunting strategy consultant he passes this passion on to
others with the aim to improve their hunting success. His personable character and the understanding of the hunters
needs contribute to his popularity with his audience. As an accomplished writer Othmar's articles are published all
across North America in such reputable magazines and Internet resources as the BC Outdoors, Western Sportsman, Field
& Stream and Turkey & Turkey Hunter among many others. He's the author of his award winning hunting blogs and
also writes a by-weekly outdoor column for the Merritt News and a regular hunting column for the BC Outdoors
Magazine Website.

Othmar's mission statement is simple: Making hunters more successful. According to statistics 10-percent of the hunters take 100-percent of the game animals. That leaves 90-pecent of the hunters ending the season without filling their tags- Othmar aims to change that.
