The Angling Ambassador Program
The BC Wildlife Federation and the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC
have partnered together to offer the Angling Ambassador program
designed to encourage new anglers and families to go fishing in BC.
Angling Ambassadors offer free fishing advice to anglers at easily
accessible lakes that support healthy and abundant fish stocks. Angling
Ambassadors are BC Wildlife Federation Club members that volunteer to
be on site at designated lakes to provide instruction, explain fishing
regulations and proper equipment use, provide information about other
fishing opportunities in the area and promote the importance of
conservation.
This is a great opportunity for new anglers and families to learn from
experienced anglers and enjoy a fun day of fishing!
